The Imagine Initiative

Over the past two years, Ursula has been an incredibly important part of The Imagine Initiative. As she prepares to leave Imagine and step into a new job opportunity, we want to take a moment to recognize and celebrate the tremendous impact she has had on this ministry.

While many people may not have seen all that she carried behind the scenes, her work helped keep so many parts of Imagine running smoothly every single day.

From managing systems and organization to helping support our church and school partnerships, Ursula brought dedication, wisdom, steadiness, and care to everything she did. She has been a tremendous support to our team, our partners, and to me personally during both exciting seasons of growth and seasons of transition. Many of the things that happen at Imagine simply would not have happened without her faithful and quiet leadership behind the scenes.

As Imagine walks through a season of transition, her presence will be deeply missed. At the same time, we are so grateful for all she has poured into this ministry and excited for her as she steps into her next chapter. Ursula has shared some good bye words below.

"As I step away from my role, I want to express my sincere gratitude for the opportunity to be part of such an amazing organization. It has truly been a privilege to contribute to this work, and I am deeply thankful for your support, encouragement, and the many meaningful moments we’ve shared.

Over the past two years, I have learned so much and have had the joy of watching God move in incredible ways throughout Lee County - within churches, schools, and across our community. What a blessing it has been to witness and play even a small part in that impact.

I am especially grateful for the leadership and heart behind this mission, and for the genuine care shown to so many.

As I step into this next season, I remain confident that this organization will continue to honor God and make a lasting difference in our community.
