🏗️ Planning + Design: 2-4 months
🚧 Permits + Prep: 1–2 months
🔨 Build: 6–9 months depending on size and complexity

That’s why we always say: start early.
The more we plan up front, the smoother the build goes (and the less stressful it feels later).
