As your Realtor, I keep a running list of vendors and real estate professionals (contractors, tradespeople, attorneys, lenders, inspectors, agents in other markets, etc) that I know, like, and trust. Folks who are trustworthy, fair, and uphold the same values that I do. Folks who are an absolute pleasure to do business with. ⁣

What you probably don’t know is that I also keep a list of people that are NOT a pleasure to do business with. This list has been built off of many a headache, and while it’s unfortunate that there are people like this in our industry, it’s the reality. ⁣

I had to add another person to this list today. He has been non-communicative, has a bad attitude every time I talk to him, and anytime there is an issue he is quick to point the finger at someone other than himself. That’s not how I run my business, and I won’t recommend anyone who does do my clients. My clients deserve better than that. ⁣
