Why Hydration Matters 💧
Your muscles and soft tissues need more than training; they need hydration.
The human body is approximately 60% water, making hydration essential for movement, recovery, and peak performance. When you’re dehydrated, muscles become less flexible, fatigue more quickly, and take longer to recover after workouts, practices, and games.
