🚧 CONSTRUCTION NOTICE – 10th Street Sewer Separation Project 🚧

Beginning Monday, July 13, 2026, construction for the 10th Street Sewer Separation Project will begin with the closure of 10th Street from the alley between Avenue G and Avenue F, north to Avenue F. (Highlighted in red on the map).

Business Access:
During this phase of construction, Mariah's Family Chiropractic and The 372 will remain accessible from Avenue G. First Christian Church, Fort Madison, Iowa street side parking on 10th Street will be inaccessible . Please use Avenue F and Central Park parking spaces.
