In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday, the offices of Midgard Management, Inc., will be closed on Thursday and Friday so that our staff can spend the time with their families. We will open again for business at 8.30 a.m. on Monday. Should you have a property issue, please report it as usual to UpKeep and it will be added to the schedule once the staff returns on Monday. Please remember that your buildings will observe the holiday schedule and will be locked on Thanksgiving Day. We wish all of you a very happy and safe holiday.
In honor of Juneteenth, our offices will be closed on Thursday, June 19th. We will open on Friday as usual. Please report any maintenance requests to UpKeep and they will be scheduled when the staff returns. In the event of a true property emergency only, please call O.J. on his cell at 954.809.1351. We wish you all a very happy and peaceful holiday.
Our offices will close on Christmas Eve at 1.00 p.m. and remain closed through Christmas Day. Regular hours will resume on Thursday.
