Here’s how to make it👇⁣

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1, 13 oz can black eyed peas, drained and rinsed
- 1, 13 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1, 13 oz can corn, drained
- 1 red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- Solula Caribbean Lime Plantain Tostones

Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, lime juice, salt, cumin, and chili powder.
2. In a large bowl, add the remaining ingredients. Pour the dressing over the top and toss to combined. Taste and add more salt if desired.
3. Serve with Solula Caribbean Lime Plantain Crisps.
