Woodruff Construction

This week's is Community & Family Resources Nature Campus in , where we are working on a 45,000 sq ft, three-story addition. This addition, along with the renovation of the interior existing space, will help the facility expand their outpatient services as a residential treatment facility.

The exterior sheeting is complete, and the air barrier is starting behind the storm line being installed by On Track Construction, with water lines to follow. The wood framing is wrapping up, concrete masonry unit and metal faming on the lower level is complete, and rough-ins are underway.

We hosted our annual Client Appreciation Golf Outing this year over in Shellsburg at Wildcat Golf Course, and had an absolutely beautiful day for golf!

This year, the fun and games before, during, and after the event all benefited Tanager in Cedar Rapids. Our Tiffin team was able to present them with a check this week for $5,000!

Thank you to everyone who attended, donated, and sponsored our shenanigans on the course - from wearing dresses to use the women's tees, to putting wearing kaleidoscope glasses or using our infamous brick putter, and more - every penny raised was matched by Woodruff!

And a big congrats to Matt Streeter from Engineered Equipment Solutions for his 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝗻𝗲 and on winning the long putt challenge!
