Promotion Details
• Available to current residential Fort Dodge Fiber customers.
• Your account will receive a $10 monthly promotional credit through August 31, 2026.
• The promotional credit will automatically expire after August 31, 2026.
• Your upgraded internet speed will remain active after the promotion ends and will bill at the standard rate beginning September 1, 2026, unless you choose to downgrade.
• Customers may downgrade at any time; however, if service is downgraded before August 31, 2026, promotional credits will stop.
• Limit one promotional credit and one speed-tier upgrade per account.
• Upgrades from 1 GIG to 5 GIG are not eligible due to equipment requirements.
