When I'm cleaning at the studio, I'm always listening to True Crime podcasts.

It may be a little strange, but I LOVE swiffering the floors and vacuuming the corners...visible results are so satisfying 😆

I love yoga because it makes me feel centered and strong and clears out my brain.
