According to the National Council on Aging, “even mild dehydration – as little as 2% fluid loss – can affect memory, mood, concentration, and reaction time.” Getting adequate hydration throughout the day can balance all these areas and positively impact our brain performance.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. We'll be engaging in discussions about mental health and sharing ideas for building your coping toolbox.

It was a pleasure to meet some special visitors all the way from the District of Palm Beach Florida! They came to learn more about Acute Care and how the partnership between SummitStone Health Partners and Larimer County works to provide services to the community.
