We are honored to share that Amazon.com has selected Augmented Vision Labs to join the Amazon Black Business Accelerator. This accelerator program is part of a $150 million commitment by Amazon to support Black-owned businesses.

Since 2020, we've partnered with Amazon to make our S5 Lens Insertion System available to patients who are in desperate need of help with inserting their contact lenses. We are proud to say that together, we've been able to help thousands of patients, but we are just getting started.

Can you imagine spending the first hour of your day feeling like you're poking yourself in the eye over and over again? Sadly, this is the reality for millions of contact lens wearers who spend hundreds of hours each year struggling to insert their lenses. Not only is this a frustrating experience that places a large burden on the mental health of patients, but it also puts them at a higher risk of injuring their eyes and developing permanent damage to their eyelids.

We are extremely passionate about helping these patients because we have seen their suffering firsthand, and we have witnessed the incredible turnarounds they make when given the right tools and support. This was the motivation to start Augmented Vision Labs™.

After years of continuous development, we can confidently say that we have developed the most advanced contact lens insertion devices in the world. What we more proud of, however, is the fact that every patient who uses our devices has access to unlimited one-on-one training with a member of our team which is available 7 days a week. Today, patients don’t have to be on their own once they take their lenses home.

We don’t say this to brag, but rather to say that these patients deserve the very best that the world has to offer. The patients we have met on this journey have been the kindest and the most wonderful people. Making a difference in their lives has been a true privilege. It is the reason that we wake up excited every day.

We are thrilled to have Amazon recognize the work we are doing and we are looking forward to having their support on our journey to end the suffering of millions of contact lens wearers. We can't wait to share more about this exciting collaboration soon!

We had a great time attending and exhibiting at Global Specialty Lens Symposium in Las Vegas! The support from the GSLS community was overwhelming. We are very thankful to everyone who stopped by our booth to learn about our innovations.

Meet the S5 Inserter™, the world's first adjustable height lens inserter. We designed the S5 Inserter™ to offer scleral and hybrid lens wearers the convenience of inserting their lenses while standing. The device allows the user to have 2 free hands to hold their eyelids open which is especially helpful in countering our natural blink reflex.
