Teachers usually love to learn. I had the opportunity to talk pelvic floor with the yoga instructors at yoga pod a little while ago. I so appreciated their genuine passion and desire to deepen their knowledge to bring to their practices and pass along to their students. The energy was so great. Thank you โ™ฅ๏ธ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™‚๏ธ

Vaginal PH is important to understand & itโ€™s all so confusing until we do!

Struggling with UTIs, Bacterial Vaginosis, Yeast infections??? ๐Ÿ˜•๐Ÿ™โ˜น๏ธYouโ€™re not alone. 3 out of 4 women will have at least one yeast infection in their lives; 1 out of 2 a UTI; 1 out of 3 BV. It can be so upsetting. ๐Ÿ˜ข

Thereโ€™s some good bacteria in there that keep the vaginal PH where it needs to be...slightly acidic... which helps combat those oh so common problems ๐Ÿ˜‡

Sometimes we get out of balance...sugar, alcohol, stress, antibiotics... we need a boost to set us straight.

Probiotics can help, but not just any old Lactobacillus. If youโ€™re struggling with any or all 3 of these common ailments, specific supplementation can be part of the solution. โ˜๐Ÿผ

Wonder why these problems increase after menopause? The vaginal PH rises ๐Ÿ‘Ž due to a decrease in Lactobacillus rhamnosus & Lactobacillus reuteri. ๐Ÿ™

When they are abundant these little guys excrete acid to keep us where we need to be.

Help your body do itโ€™s thing by feeding it the good stuff! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

Sometimes the little things can make the biggest difference ๐Ÿ˜„
