You tweaked that shoulder during a high volume or heavy lift. You get home and first instinct is to open the medicine cabinet to grab some ibuprofen and get ahead of the problem.

Let’s pause the narrative there.

Research has shown some negative side effects for using NSAIDs as our first line of defense. SLIDE to read some of that research and DM me if you have questions!

Time and time again we’re seeing more research backing up the effectiveness of using the medicine INSIDE your body instead. It’s better and comes without those harmful side effects.

Resume narrative.
But instead of opening the bottle of NSAIDs, you load up that shoulder with analgesic isometrics and open up a prescription of some interval sprints on the assault bike to get some vascular flushing of inflammation out.
