This weekend we move the clocks forward by one hour. It may seem small, but our bodies often feel the shift more than we expect.
The time change disrupts our circadian rhythm — the internal clock that regulates sleep, hormones, and energy levels. Even losing just one hour of sleep can temporarily increase stress on the body.

I often get the question why some people reactivate with EBV and others don’t.
The answer is in our lifestyle and how the body is able to manage stress.
We all have stressors, it’s the truth. And some we can’t just change on a heartbeat like jobs.
The one thing what we CAN DO is MANAGE STRESS.
The body is an amazing machine: it is designed to seek balance, but when we are in chronic stress state ( sympathetic nervous system dominant) we MUST HELP.
Creating habits, rituals, actions to get the body switch to rest state( parasympathetic nervous system) is the KEY here!
One very easy solution:
When you experience stress and can not calm down:
MOVE
MOVE YOUR BODY !
Cortisol is rushing through your system when stress is present.
Cortisol needs movement to calm down!
Go for a brisk walk: 10 minutes
Do some squats: 3× 10
Raise your heels so your calf muscles are engaged: 3×25
Dance : 5 minutes
That is it!!! Your body naturally accepts these movements as getting away from the “danger”.
Do this every time you get stressed, anxious !
Do it for 14 days and see what happens!
