On the 2nd of June 1SG Cosby, 418th First Sergeant, was inducted into the prestigious Sergeant Audie Murphy Club.

On 02 June 2017, the Mountain Medics participated in the last-ever CSH run as the 10th Combat Support Hospital before it converts to the 627th Hospital Center and the 10th Field Hospital. After running 4 miles, the CSH conducted motivational guidon relays and a push-up challenge.

It is always a great day when the 10th CSH gets to present our Soldiers with much deserved awards! On 27 February, COL Stevens presented awards to Soldiers in regards to our CPX that was held earlier this month. Awards and recognitions were also given to SGT Foss for his hard work on our Motorcycle Mentorship Program, SSG Flores for his diligence on our Hail and Farewell Dinner, and SGT Jimenez for winning 1st Medical Brigade NCO of the Quarter. Outstanding job! Mountain Medics...To The Top!
