It’s okay to ask for help. Nobody has it figured out. Mostly everybody is faking it, or has some unseen help. I am so sick of hearing about another bright soul taking his own life. Money is fu**ed, the world is fu**ed, but please know that you are not alone. Social media is a smoke-show, with hand picked moments and memories, mostly the Good, with very little light on the Bad. Whether we talked once 20 years ago, or still talk today, please reach out. Please know you are not alone. This too, shall pass.
