Back in action for regular classes this week of course, but we will NOT, I repeat NOT, be working on this in Parkour. .. 👀😂🙏

Don’t forget! No regular classes this week due to the holiday and instructor break, but we do have open mats on Tuesday and Wednesday!

Students  can come have fun between 530 and seven and stay for up to 40 minutes!

We do have 2 open mats where you can come in and have some freeplay time for GP students - 20 to 30 minutes anytime between 530 and 7 PM - on Tuesday the seventh or Wednesday the eighth to get some training in if you’re still in town! 💪🏻
