It’s finally here! Week 1 Band Camp starts Monday for leadership, percussion & colorguard!

Drop off at the bus loading area, in the back of the school.

Boosters & Sponsors will be providing lunch on Band Camp Days! Keep a watch for the menu. If the menu does not work for you please pack accordingly.

As the saying goes “Early is on time and on time is late. We can’t wait to see you! 

Upcoming 26/27 Year!

We would like to thank everyone for your patience as we transition from CutTime to BoosterHub. As with any new system, there are setup processes, approvals, and waiting periods that must be completed on BoosterHub's side before all features become fully operational.

At this time, online payments through BoosterHub are not yet available. Please know that we are in constant communication with BoosterHub and are working diligently to have this option activated as soon as possible.

In the meantime, Band Due payments may be made using one of the following methods:

• Cash/Check (mailed to P.O. Box 126, Forsyth, GA 31029)
• Venmo

If mailing is not a comfortable option, cash or check payments may also be made in person during Band Camp this July! Drop it off in our mailbox in the Bandroom!

We understand the challenges that can come with a system transition. Because of this, students will remain eligible to participate and march as long as their payment is received by the end of Band Camp.

We understand the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and support during this transition. We will provide an update as soon as online payments become available.
