Even tho biden pardoned us as non violent offenders its still a fight with the federal system 🤦🏾‍♂️ we are 15 years in & they wont calculate our out dates correctly Im talking about the BOP must use both earned" and "conditional" FTC's to determine the FSA conditional dates. In our case they are only using "earned" FTC's to determine our FSA conditional dates. The "conditional" FTC's are missing from our calculations when First Step Act regulations and BOP policies says both must be included in the calculation. The question is whether BOP is required to calculate both "earned and conditional FTC's" to determine FSA conditional dates? They know the "conditional" FTC's have not been included in calculating both of our FSA conditional dates. This is what we need done. We need our FSA conditional dates determined by calculating both earned and conditional FTC's, not just earned FTC's. If we get review of our FSA conditional dates we are eligible for immediate release. Please share and reach out if you can help !
