Motherhood changes everything. The beautiful parts… and the hard parts no one fully prepares you for. 💛
This Friday after Stroller Strides at Goat Farm Coffee House, we’re so excited to welcome Nicolette, a marriage & family therapist and fellow mom of two under two, for an honest conversation about resilience in motherhood.
We’ll chat about the emotional and mental transition into motherhood, the unexpected toll it can take, and practical tools to help support moms in the middle of it all.
Come for the workout. Stay for the coffee, connection, and conversation. ☕️✨
You do not have to navigate this season alone.

Everyone say hi to Michaela 😊
We are so excited to officially welcome her to the FIT4MOM Forney team as our newest Stroller Strides instructor 💛
Michaela is a mom of (almost) two, currently pregnant with baby sister, and has such a heart for helping moms feel strong, supported, and empowered in this season of life. After her own fitness and weight loss journey, motherhood completely changed the way she viewed movement and wellness and now she’s passionate about helping other moms find what works for them through pregnancy, postpartum, and all the messy middle moments in between.
Starting in June, Michaela will be teaching Stroller Strides at our Forney location, but you can meet her THIS Friday at Goat Farm Coffee House for her very first class 🎉
Come move your body.
Bring the kids.
Meet some really great moms.
And help us give Michaela the warmest welcome ❤️
You do not need to be “in shape.”
You do not need childcare.
You just have to show up.
Friday • 9am • Goat Farm Coffee House ☕🐐
We can’t wait for you to meet her ✨

Expecting moms and newly postpartum moms, this one is especially for you 💛
Join us Wednesday, 5/20 at 9 AM for Stroller Strides followed by an expert chat at 10am with Allisa Berberich, birth and postpartum doula with Little Lilacs Birth Services.
We’ll be talking about exercise during pregnancy, childbirth options, what a doula actually does, and all the questions you may not know where else to ask.
Truly, ask anything.
Birth plans, postpartum support, recovery, partner support, what to expect, what to pack, what’s normal, what’s not, all of it.
We’ll meet at the pavilion next to the playground & basketball courts at Forney Community Park for Stroller Strides at 9am and then the same spot at 10am for our chat!

Yesterday’s first ever MAMApalooza hosted by .forney.heath.terrell and .rockwalltx was SO special. ☀️
We’re still sitting here overwhelmed by the turnout, the conversations, the laughter, the little ones playing, and the chance to pour back into moms who spend every single day pouring into everyone else.
Moms carry so much.
The schedules.
The appointments.
The snacks.
The laundry.
The grocery lists.
The school forms.
The mental tabs that never fully close.
The invisible work of making life run smoother, softer, safer, happier for everyone around them.
And somehow… they keep showing up.
Even when they’re exhausted.
Even when they’re touched out.
Even when they’re sick, overwhelmed, running on caffeine and crumbs and four interrupted hours of sleep.
They deserve community.
They deserve movement that feels good.
They deserve adult conversation.
They deserve sunshine and encouragement and moments where someone takes care of THEM for a change.
It was such an honor to spend the morning helping moms move their bodies, connect with each other, win some incredible prizes, and just feel seen for a minute.
Thank you to every mom who came.
Thank you to our sponsors, partners, and supporters.
Thank you for trusting us with your morning.
And based on yesterday… I think we definitely need to do this again in the fall. 💛

There’s something really special happening after Stroller Strides this Friday 💛
We’re so excited to welcome founder Sadie Rogers for an expert chat all about the Reggio Emilia approach and the “100 Languages of Children.”
If you’ve ever looked at your child and thought:
“I know there’s so much going on inside that little brain… I just want to understand them better.”
You are going to LOVE this conversation.
The Reggio Emilia philosophy is built around the belief that children are naturally curious, deeply capable, creative, and learn best through exploration, relationships, play, creativity, movement, art, storytelling, building, questioning, and hands-on experiences, not rigid memorization. It views children as active participants in their learning rather than passive recipients of information.
The idea of the “100 Languages of Children” comes from educator Loris Malaguzzi and reflects the belief that children express themselves in countless ways… through art, play, movement, imagination, music, conversation, problem-solving, and creativity.
Sadie has built Roots of Curiosity around these principles with a heart for nurturing curiosity, independence, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.
Honestly, this is one of those conversations that just hits differently as a parent. Especially if you’ve been craving a more intentional, connected, child-centered approach to learning and development.
So come move your body with us at Stroller Strides… then stay after for coffee, connection, and a really fascinating conversation with Sadie.
Friday 5/15
Stroller Strides: 9 AM
Expert Chat Begins: 10 AM
Bring your questions. Bring your kids. Bring the curiosity 💛
Comment "Curiosity" and we will send you the direct link to RSVP!
