I MY CLIENT GREEN TODAY!!
As a health coach, I'm fascinated and saddened by how difficult my clients think it is to Go Green - green smoothie that is. So over the phone, I talked a client through making an impromptu green smoothie. No recipe; just what she had in her fridge/freezer. She was so reluctant in the beginning, as if I was talking her into making poison, but the more I shared with her the more ideas she had for ingredients she'd like to add. In the end, she Loved it!!!
