One of the hardest things as a parent is wanting to protect the people you love from every mistake, disappointment, and hardship.
But over and over, God reminds me that He loves them even more than I do.
He sees what I can’t see.
He knows what I don’t know.
And His faithfulness has never failed.

One of the best things about dogs is that they remind us to slow down and enjoy the simple things.
A little sunshine.
A little fresh air.
A little time spent together.
Sometimes that’s enough.

Tomorrow is fun for us 🧨
It can be overwhelming for dogs. 🐾
Fireworks, extra people, loud noises, doors opening, food out, and late nights can be a lot for a dog that already struggles with calm or impulse control.
A few simple reminders before the 4th:
Keep your dog secure inside
Use a kennel or calm space if they need it
Do not leave doors wide open during gatherings
Keep collars and ID tags on
Give them structure before the chaos starts
Do not wait until they are panicking to create a plan
The goal is not just getting through the holiday.
The goal is helping your dog feel safe, clear, and secure.
