BVM was proud to be part of Juneteenth celebrations in Greenville, where community members came together to honor history, build connection, and uplift the power of civic engagement.

From the unveiling of the Juneteenth flag to voter registration efforts, this weekend was a reminder that our progress is rooted in both remembrance and action.

From showing up at Liberty Plaza to standing alongside hundreds at the Georgia Capitol, our volunteers were on the ground helping push back against efforts to redraw maps and weaken our communities’ power.

Their dedication, energy, and commitment are what turn moments into movement. This work doesn’t happen without them.
