Do new construction homes need to be inspected? YES!! New doesn't always mean perfect and functional. This recent inspection had damaged countertops, poorly installed HVAC, a roof leak, and a damaged sewer line just to name a few of the defects. Pictured is the damaged sewer line with a broken pipe and rock intrusion. This is a costly repair which shouldn't be on you to fix.
