STC Netcom, Inc. is hiring Civil hands, Entry level hands Tower hands, Top Hands and Foreman for an opportunity in Northern CA/Sacramento area. Must be willing work out of town. Per diem paid weekly.
Offering $1,000 Sign on Bonus and $250 referral fees after 90 days.

We currently have multiple openings for RF Technicians, to build, service and maintain Wireless sites for Broadband, Microwave and Cellular providers.

This work is primarily L&A work. But some Civil, Microwave, light Mod's or maintenance and tiger team type work is possible. Telecommunication experience is a big plus. You will be expected to perform as part of a tower team, so being able to get along within a team setting is a must.

Everyone must pass a criminal background check, MVR check and Drug screen before starting work.

Top hands must have 2 to 4 years + experience and experience as a top hand.
Foreman must have 5+ years of experience, the ability to read blueprints, BOM's, SOP's, be computer literate and know JSA's.

Job duties will include perform maintenance/installation of wireless cell sites which involves the antennas, TMAs, motors, towers, coax cabling, connectors, emergency generator, batteries/power equipment, the AC units, microwave dishes, GPS antenna etc. Will also be responsible for assisting in construction, er****on and repair of wireless towers and co-location system placement.
Non Entry level Applicants must be experienced and qualified with RF installation. Climbing, Anritsu testing, coax connectors and fiber background desirable. Additional wireless certifications strongly preferred. Verizon Experience preferred.

- Site Master Experience Preferred
- Connectorization skills-Andrews, RFS and PPC Certification a PLUS
- Must be able to pass background check
