We have made it an entire week into 2026.
To be honest some of those days have felt a bit heavy.

I personally feel starting a new year always starts with brand new, big expectations, New Year’s resolutions (no thanks🫠). As I get a bit older I am realizing that maybe it is not the new we must focus on but the heavy.

How can I today relieve myself of something that causes me a burden; time, patience, peace. Holding a space for the times that don’t feel heavy when you can feel peace is what I am most looking forward to this year.

One day at a time we will get through this year together and if you need a little help relieving a burden we are here for you 🩷
