Two years ago, we gathered in Calistoga for Impact Table's very first Connect & Elevate retreat.

We came looking for connection.

What we found was community.

Over three days, we reflected on our energy, dreamed about the future, shared our stories, celebrated our wins, and reminded one another that leadership doesn't have to be a solo journey.

Some of the women who attended are still cheering each other on today.

Because that's the thing about spaces like this: the conversations don't end when the retreat does.
