What a day! A 5 hour round trip to pick up this sweet boy from Mississippi.... (Little Foot)

A message that after only a week Teddy has stolen the hearts of his foster family, and they are ready to adopt....

And several foster parents firmly stepping forward with setting up enclosures and enrolling in rabbit care education classes to prepare for the job! Including 2 who are embracing the challenge of loving and rehabilitating some of our most shy and timid rescue rabbits. ( Mushroom and Zac) ❤️

What a wonderful and fulfilling day. Thank you so much to all the supporters, fosters, adopters, and animal lovers that never give up on these precious little hearts. It wouldn't be possible without every one of you to make a difference in each of these lives. 💕

Rescues are bursting at the seams with dumped and abandoned rabbits. It’s not only heartbreaking, it’s cruel. Please help in sharing the knowledge, domestic rabbits are NOT wild rabbits. You are NOT setting them free. You are however, giving them a horrible death sentence. PLEASE STOP DUMPING YOUR PETS💔

Running out of time to help these buns!

Here are the rabbits we are desperately trying to help. One is hurt, both have no where to go and have been dumped in the wild. All local rescues are overflowing, ( Lola’s and The Rabbit House). We can’t do it without your help!

“Good Morning, I live in Latimer Ms and recently we have seen a little grey chinchilla bunny all over our street, finally caught it because it was hurt and just laying still, got a small cage set up and secure. This morning as I’m looking out my window another bigger one comes across my yard. I catch it and take to my daughters to see if they are together and they are. We don’t know what to do with them now. I received a reply that they lived wild since babies in the woods behind someone’s house but that their kids feed them. The small one is hurt not sure how to handle this.i am leaving to go out of town for 8 days I can’t keep them here.”

They need medical attention and shelter. We need 2 open spots to let them in. We can even help with supplies. Must have a safe INDOOR home.

FOSTERS NEEDED!! ASAP

Must have a safe INDOOR space for a bunny. These guys have already been spayed/neutered. They just need some extra love and attention to help them become more social and prepare them for their forever home. ❤️

We have an influx of rabbits needing help, whether from neglected situations or found abandoned and dumped. We can NOT take these bunnies in until we make a little room. We could use your help!

Congratulations to our sweet Teddy! He ventured out yesterday on his next adventure with an amazing foster family, hopeful to become an adoption very soon! ❤️

It's his first night, so he's a little nervous to free roam. But we know in no time he will be exploring and doing binkies until his heart's content.

If you are nervous or hesitant about jumping into rabbit ownership, that is certainly okay!! It is definitely a huge commitment. That is why we encourage the foster to adopt program. It allows our bunnies to be in loving homes receiving the social interaction and care they need, while families learn about rabbit ownership and what it looks like day in and day out. (After a rabbit care class, of course;)

Welcome little ones to the Rabbit House Rescue!

What we thought were 2 male lop bunnies coming in from a dog/cat shelter in Mississippi, turned out to be a dad and mom with day old babies!

SURPRISE 😮 🫢 😲

Proud Papa has already been neutered and is ready for adoption. He is very timid and needs lots of love and patience. If you could find a place in your heart and home to foster or adopt please let me know!
