📝Here’s where we need you:
Every supporter of this industry must act TODAY. Call your House and Senate representatives and tell them:
• Support the resolution from Rep. Gray and Sen. Stewart to create a Joint Study Commission. This ensures h**p businesses have a seat at the table to shape better policy through collaboration and education.
• Say NO to HB445 or any bill that bans products or blocks responsible 21+ businesses from operating.
• Support reasonable regulation—not overreach.

This fight is about more than just policies. It’s about protecting livelihoods, jobs, small businesses, and safe access. We’re not asking to be left alone—we’re asking to work together to build fair and effective solutions.

House Bill 8, filed by Barbara Drummond (D-Mobile) will effectively destroy the va**ng industry in Alabama and promote a monopoly over va**ng products.

🚬 This bill will eliminate all but 34 products owned by three "big to***co" companies (R.J. Reynolds, Altria, and Japan To***co International).

More than that, this bill creates a product registry that will cost small businesses THOUSANDS of dollars.
