Not every bathroom renovation needs expensive materials to make an impact.
For this project, we combined timeless white subway tile, matte black fixtures, a custom shower bench, and a clean hexagon tile floor to create a bathroom that feels bright, functional, and built to last.
The goal wasn’t to chase trends, it was to create a space that would look just as good ten years from now as it does today.
From waterproofing and tile layout to fixture placement and finish details, every decision matters when renovating a bathroom, especially in New York City’s older buildings where no two spaces are ever the same.

A backsplash that refuses to be ignored.
This kitchen renovation was all about creating something clean and functional without making the space feel flat or predictable. The sage shaker cabinets keep the kitchen timeless, while the patterned backsplash brings movement, texture, and personality into the room.
Paired with quartz countertops, warm hardwood floors, and modern hardware, the final result feels balanced — detailed without being overwhelming.
In our opinion, the best kitchens are the ones that feel practical first, but still have one element that makes people stop for a second when they walk in.
This one definitely does that.

Final reveal of our Caldarella Bath renovation.
