Rhenita Cadogan & Diana Dellafiora help staff our Flood Prep Town Hall events, preparing residents for periods of increasingly intense rainfall in our city. Diana says it's great to be able to reach out directly & help these communities stay safe during the next big storm! ⛈️
Nature had its own fireworks display over last Friday. We aren’t through this weather yet, folks, so stay safe out there!
Periods of HEAVY rainfall are becoming much more common due to the changing climate. In addition to large long-term infrastructure updates, like rain gardens are a quick solution to help the city absorb more stormwater and prevent flooding!🧽
