Π Day! Made three pies yesterday to celebrate Pi Day with the kiddos 📏📐✏️ The lemon cream and brownie pies went to school with my two junior high schoolers and the apple pie was enjoyed here at home since my kindergartener wanted in on the pie action.

40th birthday cake for a fan of football and stocks. Green and gray colors worked for elements of both themes from the football field, to the Manhattan skyline and Wall Street street sign. Stock charts and coordinating stripes on the top tier, finish the cake off. Inside, the cake was a vanilla sponge layered with a whiskey caramel and alternating layers of vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and whiskey caramel Swiss meringue buttercream.

Baby shower cake created in pink and white with all fondant accents and gumpaste baby bassinet and stork. Showers of happiness to the mommy-to-be!
