MyConnect co-founder, Caroline Bilal is hosting "Ask Me Anything" office hours! Caroline is a local Westchester mom who has set out to provide special needs families in New York with access to the information they need to best support their special child. Caroline Bilal is:
- a mom to a son with a developmental disability
- a special needs parent advocate for 7+ years
- experienced in education non-profit for over 10 years
- an integral part of the re-vamp of the state of VT's special education referral system
