We’ve all heard the saying, “Actions speak louder than words,” right? So, it’s no surprise that when it comes to our kids, they’re more likely to follow by example than listen to our opinions or advice.

If we want our kids to be active and eat healthy, we must model being active and eating healthy.
If we want our kids to be responsible on social media, we must post responsibly.
If we want our kids to clean up after themselves, we need to put our own belongings away.
If we want our kids to have a practical faith, then we need to model that for them.

When our children see us modeling certain values, activities, or beliefs, they will be more likely to do those things, too.
