It’s National Christmas Lights day! ((Why is this even a national day?))

Cleaning out your gutters while putting up your Christmas lights is always a great idea! 🎄

Taking the time to test the drain lines around pools. More often than not, they don’t drain properly. Only way to find that is to run water through them. Same thing is done for the gutter drain lines. 💦

This is sadly what many HVAC units look like. Not on the 3 sides that we can see when we walk past them, but this is the side facing the house that no one ever looks at. Make sure your inspector is checking all 4 sides of the unit, not just the easy stuff. 🧐

Who do I want to be? I want to be wiser. Wisdom comes to those who pursue & search for her. Wisdom is more valuable than gold.

Having done home inspections since 2013, I love the industry. Been around for a little bit now, & I’m guessing I’ll always have my inspector’s license & will do them until I’m too old to be doing them. 👴🏼 I also have a drone pilot’s license! 🚀 On the side, I help a roofing contractor with residential & commercial projects.

For fun I hang out with Tabitha & the kids. If you ever want to know what grace looks like, find my wife. She is perfect for me. Our kids keep life interesting & fun. Our little girl is a bundle of joy & our little man is a bundle of energy. I enjoy reading books: Ordinary Men by Browning is one of my favorite history books, The Devil & Karl Marx by Kengor is a fantastic political book (its super dark, seriously dark) & The Shack by Young is a deeply spiritual book. I just finished Hitler’s Cross by Lutzer, its terrifying. A must read for anyone who believes the church has a role in society. 📚
