Today, we pause to honor a special group of men—our fathers, grandfathers, great-grandfathers, and all those who have served as father figures while serving our nation.

To the military dads who kissed their children goodbye before deployments, missed birthdays and holidays, stood watch far from home, and sacrificed so much to protect the freedoms we hold dear—thank you. Your legacy is not only written in the history of our nation, but in the lives of the families you helped shape through your courage, integrity, and unwavering love.

To our Honor Flight DFW veterans, many of whom have spent a lifetime serving both their country and their families, we are forever grateful. Your examples of service, sacrifice, and devotion continue to inspire generations.
