In a jar:
1/2 cup Old fashioned or rolled oats
1/4 cup or 1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup low fat greek yogurt
Any fruit i went strawberries & kiwi (quick note: it would be better to put kiwi as a topping instead of mixing it in as it can get bitter)
Scoop of protein powder myprotein
Chia seeds myprotein
Stir and mix well till combined
Refrigerate for around 4 hours or overnight
