Postpartum healing can continue for months as parents navigate physical recovery, emotional changes, new routines, and the transition into parenthood. Every experience is different, and there is no single timeline that defines what recovery should look like.

The goal isn't to "bounce back." It's to ensure families have the support, resources, and care they need to heal and thrive.
