Franny is a 9 month old horned Mini Hereford heifer looking for a new pasture. She is registered. Pictured is her, her with her dam and her sire. Her Dam is a great cow, breeds back every year and births without assistance. This is her third calf with me and there has never been any issues.

We got our boar from Ross, Texas Heritage Pork and he is really great. Docile, great growth and did his job. Him and Tater Tot had a successful first litter of piglets. And the pork is delicious! If you’re looking for piglets, this is a great place to get them!

We picked up all the pork yesterday from the processor and the freezers are full!

We picked up our first processed pig from OI Ranching in Evant Texas. He was an American Genuina Hog we bought from Krabbe Farmhaus. I am very proud of how he turned out!

We will have 7 piglets going to be processed November 21st making pick up day about December 12th. Just in time for Christmas for hams or meat for Tamales!! Let us know if you would like to reserve half, whole or certain cuts for you!
