What an incredible way to celebrate freedom with the Iron Rig crew. From crushing the Tri-State Running Company Edgewood 5k to absolutely destroying the 1776 workout, this community always brings the heat.

Oof - Spartan Beast done. These guys kicked ass today. Many thoughts of quitting. Lots of scrapes and bruises, and ALL of the leg cramps!
Through it all, they persevered and completed a beast at what is arguably the hardest course they can design. Year after year, we question life choices and keep coming back for more.
