In May, Blue Light Events was proud to support the 14th BBVA Latin America Conference in New York City—an impactful two-day gathering of over 500 corporate leaders, investors, and global policymakers.

Our role? Making sure the registration experience was smooth, the logistics seamless, and every attendee felt welcomed the moment they arrived. From check-in to flow management, we handled the moving parts that keep a high-level event running with precision.

We even managed to snap a few shots of the calm before the energy—featuring a beautifully prepped space and yes, a chandelier moment we loved.
