There are few things sweeter to capture than two people madly in love. I had the privilege of photographing the day that Will proposed to Lily, as well as the day they said their lifelong vows to each other. Both days were equally filled with excitement and anticipation.

Each couple I work with has their own dynamic- some pick at each other, some are loud and outgoing, while others are more reserved. Lily and Will are somehow so extremely joyful, yet calm at the same time. When you spend any amount of time with the two of them together, you instantly feel at ease. So many people love and support them as a couple, and it showed by how much celebration there was that evening. These people are so fun and good to their core.

I will always remember that hot day in July with a smile. Congratulations to the Rushings! 💒💕

Dylan and Bryant are making it official in 2027 and I can’t wait to have these two in front of my camera again! Some of my favorite shots from this session were from the moments in between- a sign of true, genuine chemistry. After all of these years together they still have a giddiness about them that makes photographing the two of them so dang fun.

March can’t come soon enough!
