Really special day educating the youths and empowering them to express themselves thru art and music 😇🥰

The Microwave Dave Music Education Foundation brought Wanda Wesolowski, lead of The Wanda Band, to the LHS Creative Writing Magnet today. Wanda taught song structure through playing her original songs. She and the authors discussed rhyme scheme, meter, and perspective. She also reminded the authors that art is for the artist; as long as you are diligent and authentic, you are on the right path. We are so grateful to The Microwave Dave Music Education Foundation and Wanda for providing the authors with this experience!
