🚨 Tevis Tri-State CrossFit Tour...Another Repeat! 🤷🏾‍♀️🤣

Well...the Tri-State CrossFit Tour made another repeat stop at NKY Fit. 😂

I woke up to a text from my CrossFit bestie Julie asking if I'd be there...then another text from Dominic saying he'd already made it to the gym. Of course he beat me there. 🤦🏾‍♀️

The moment I walked through the doors someone yelled...

"WELCOME HOME!" ❤️

Man...I'd forgotten how much I'd missed my CrossFit family.

In honor of the 4th of July, we tackled the 1776 WOD. 🇺🇸🥵
The countdown hit...

3...2...1...GO!
..and Dominic disappeared like he was trying to win prize money. 🏃🏻💨🤣

Partner WOD? Yeah...he partnered with SPEED. I partnered with survival. 😂
Box jumps. Push-ups. Sit-ups. Lunges. Burpees. 🤢 Wall Balls.

Basically, a list of exercises CrossFitters say they "love"...until the clock starts. 😵‍💫🤣

Somewhere around the burpees, I visited that familiar dark place...but I kept moving.
The workout was tough, but seeing old friends, catching up with Julie, and hearing "Welcome Home" made the repeat stop worth every sore tricep and every rep.

Tri-State CrossFit Tour: Repeat #2...and I have a feeling there are plenty more stops to come. 💜💪🏾🏋🏾‍♀️
