I remember one of my first jobs in high school was Sunshine Dog Food where I put like 80k stickers over the label that had a misspelling in the ingredient list. I got pretty good at it because I figured out a system.

Just like today in my agency we have to have systems and it makes all the difference in the world.

Last month I walked into a restaurant that had great food.
Packed on weekends. Slow during the week.

I Googled them.

No updated photos.
No owner responses to reviews.
Three unanswered 1-star complaints from six months ago.

They told me, “We just need more traffic.”

No.

You need to fix what people see before they ever walk in.

If 1,000 people search you every month and 10% decide not to come because of weak online presence…
