We had a great Youth Group last night for our middle schoolers. "Who is Jesus?" That's our series this month and our students are having great discussions about how important it is for us to answer this question in our lives. Jesus Changes Everything.

Let’s sing! Head on over this Wednesday to Midweek and at 6:50pm you’re invited to walk over with Pastor Amanda & myself to choir practice in preparation for Sunday’s blended service. This does not lock you in for choir for forever. It’s gonna be a fun opportunity for anyone interested in singing for one Sunday. Practice will go to 8:00pm in the sanctuary. Hope you’ll join!

Our Midweek time (6:30-7:45pm) will still be happening along with our first Esports practice and our 11th-12th grade book group this week too. See you in many capacities this Wednesday!

There will be no Trek & Peak Midweek tonight. Instead, we will be having our Ash Wednesday service at 6:30pm in the Sanctuary with free dinner in the Family Center at 5:15pm.
Ash Wednesday Service is service of reflection and repentance as we prepare our hearts for the season of Lent. Lent (not lint like belly button lint😊) is a unique 40 day season in the life of the church that leads up to Easter. It’s a time where we focus our lives on this dependence on God and Jesus’ journey to the cross. During this season, many people will give something up in dependence on God or add more intentional devotional time with Jesus. If you haven’t participated in Lent or Ash Wednesday before, we hope to see you tonight. Let’s journey together!

In Ukraine, Nazarene pastors are in contact with each other and have expressed gratitude for the prayers from the global church. Many are sleeping in underground shelters. The situation remains dire.
Along with prayer, we are also called to compassionate action.
Please consider giving to the NCM Eurasia North Field Crisis Fund which will provide support for those suffering or displaced (ncm.org/ukraine).
We take seriously Christ’s call to be peacemakers in the world and where possible, encourage advocacy on behalf of the Ukrainian people by writing or calling elected officials, asking them to work for peace and the preservation of all life.
