Channel system for a block wall basement. Block walls are very prone to leaking as water just sits in the blocks. A channel system like this is one of the best solutions!

Ran into a basement that had several leaks that previous owner tried to hide. Also found original builder didn’t run the basement tile system correctly. Had to block in all windows, break out floor, put in new tile system and also FRP panel system the whole 25 foot wall to stop leaking. The finishing touch was laying all theconcrete. Job well done and customer is happy and has no more water in basement! .R.Maintenance
