Factory Two

F2 woodturner Jenn Maybee took on a contributed piece of ironwood and revealed in one session how beautiful that notoriously tight grained wood can look in the right hands.

We're excited to share that Maiya LeGardye has been named Interim Executive Director of Factory Two, effective July 1!

Maiya previously served as General Manager of Flint Local 432, where she built strong relationships across our community. She's stepping into this role following a thoughtful search process led by our Board, and we're confident she'll bring continuity and strong leadership to both the Makerspace and Local 432.
