The last time I chopped my hair was when I started here at Refinery Hair Co, over five years ago. Since then I’ve been about every color possible and had dreads and bleach blonde and extensions. But I’ve been feeling a new phase or chapter in my life coming on and to honor this transition I knew I had to let go of the past. Cutting my hair was a sacred way for me to honor this time in my life. I feel free. I feel me. Unattached. Close to my natural color and leaving the few greys coming in untouched. Changing our hair can have a special meaning or to do something wild and crazy pushing the boundaries or to just to make us feel our best selves. I’m here to assist you in any place you’re in to let your special unique light radiate out into the world. Hair really is that special and connected to our spirit and soul.
